Laura Todd is using the Edikio Price Tag labelling solution to showcase its expertise and the aesthetic appeal of its shops.

Founded in 1933 in the United States, Laura Todd, named after its creator, offers top-of-the-range homemade cookies. Established in Paris since 1985, the brand is expanding and increasing the number of shops in the capital. In 2021, Laura Todd unveils a new brand identity that combines authenticity and modernity. This will be accompanied by special care in selecting the products that will make up the brand's future creations, with products that are better sourced or even less sweet, as well as a brand new boutique concept.

Since 2021, Laura Todd's Marketing and Sales teams have been using Edikio Price Tag to create and print labels for all the products on offer in its 13 shops. The solution's strong point? Intuitive software designed entirely for retailers, enabling them to customise their price tags from A to Z.

 "The use of our typography on labels reinforces our brand territory in shops," says Pascal Campourcy, Chairman of Laura Todd.

Thanks to Edikio Price Tag, the brand's new boutique concept adapts perfectly to price tags, enabling the brand to use the same font for the product name as that used on all Laura Todd communication media.

What's more, labels enable the brand to meet its commitment to transparency and customer requirements with regard to the products used in its cookies. They therefore clearly indicate :

• The name of the cookie
• The price
• Allergens
• The ingredients
• And where they come from

Belinda Lim, the owner of the restaurant chain, noticed that locating the bottles ordered in the wine cellar was extremely time-consuming.

It decided to equip its main restaurant on the Sentosa Boardwalk with the Edikio Access plastic card printing solution for creating and printing price labels. The labels were placed in front of the bottles stored in the restaurant's wine cellar.

"These labels provide global uniformity at all our points of sale.

Thanks to Edikio Price Tag, all 13 Laura Todd shops have identical, uniform labelling for the twenty or so products sold in each of them. For each new opening, a pack of 20 x 3 black labels printed in white is supplied by Laura Todd's head office to the staff on site to display the prices of the cookies in the various windows. The head office then creates labels for seasonal products and monthly creations. The customer experience is therefore the same, whatever the shop.
