La Chocolatine, the best bakery in Pays de la Loire in 2021, has opted for Edikio Price Tags

Operating in Bouin since 2006, La Chocolatine bakery has built up an excellent reputation since winning the "Best Bakery in France, Pays de la Loire Edition" in 2021. With 17 employees, it offers a range of more than 250 products, including home-made specialities that are renowned and much appreciated by its customers.

Managing the labelling of these numerous references had become a real headache for Hélène Merlet, who runs the bakery and is responsible for creating and updating the famous labels.

Madame Merlet had no fewer than 3 ways of creating her price labels:

•  The first consisted of a table listing each reference, created using word processing software. The table was then printed on thick paper, laminated and cut out by hand.

These methods had as many constraints as negative points for Madame Merlet:

• The cost and time involved (sometimes more than a month) in using an external service provider were too high, and the quality of the result was mediocre.
• Finally, the time and organisation required for this task had become too great.

For all these reasons, Mrs Merlet was looking fora simple, effective solution for replacing existing labelling.
